This announcement was made at all our Masses for Easter Vigil and Easter by the Trustees of our parish:
“Alleluia, and Happy Easter to all gathered here today. For those that don’t know us, I am Elizabeth Vendituoli and this is Frank Vaccaro, and we most humbly serve as the trustees for this beautiful parish.
Each year around this time, Father Zinno, has the privilege of deciding and announcing the next Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Feast Chief Marshal. However this year, being the 100th Anniversary of this fine parish, last October, we asked Fr. Zinno, if we, as Trustees, could have the honor of deciding and announcing the 2017 Chief Marshal. So here we stand with this wonderful announcement.
There will be no Religious Education classes on Sunday 1/8/17 due to inclement weather.
The Epiphany Concert is the first event of our 100th Anniversary celebration. It will be held on Sunday, Jan. 8, at 4 p.m. Our choir and a 20-piece orchestra under the direction of Michael Garrepy. Admission is free!
The Rosary/Altar Society will be sponsoring their Annual Coat Drive.
